Flexography
Flexography (often abbreviated to flexo) is a form of printing which utilises a flexible relief printing plate. It is an updated version of letterpress that can be used for printing on almost any type of substrate including plastic, metallic films, cellophane and paper.
It is widely used for printing on the non-porous substrates required for various types of food packaging. Flexography is, without doubt, the most versatile of all the print processes. No other process can print on such a wide range of flexible materials, producing excellent results in all cases.
