Alfaplas Customer Update

 Following the latest advice from the government concerning the COVID-19 situation, we would like to update you on the situation at Alfaplas. 

Our priority at Alfaplas is the health & safety of our employees, whilst ensuring we maintain our business model by supporting our customers and suppliers at this unprecedented time. 

We are continuously monitoring the situation and are fully committed to mitigating the spread of this virus whilst adhering to UK Government Guidelines. 

We have taken the following steps and will continue to evaluate these as the situation progresses: 

• • Improved our already high standards of hygiene in the workplace; 
• • Introduced a safe 2 metre working zone for all employees; 
• • Introduced daily temperature checks for all personnel prior to entering the work place; 
• • Issued procedures for dealing with suspected cases; 
• • Stopped all business travel and visitors to site; 
• • Restricted number of employees on site by setting up remote working for those able to work from home. 

It is our intention to keep our business running as normally as possible in order to continue the food and hygiene supply chain, whilst following the governments guidelines and daily updates. 

We would ask where possible you email our business rather than call. Alfaplas prides itself on quick responses, but due to the measures we have put in place, our responses may take slightly longer than usual. Please bear with us.
